|Brief Job Description||Working for this Mining company, the successful candidate was placed to provide broad-based HR services and support to corporate management and stakeholders.
Their key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring that employees have an informal mid-year review and a formal end of year review with their manager
• Provide Senior level organisational and technical advice within the Corporate Office
• In collaboration with the Manager HR, ensure internal consistency of HR policy, procedures and systems including but not limited to Organisational structure and integrity of stratum levels, Performance Management, Remuneration and reward
• Collating, analysing and carrying out moderation with senior management of performance ratings, and linking performance to remuneration and STI review outcomes
